玉米浸泡液中蛋白质提纯的研究

摘    要:采用等电法从玉米浸泡液原料中提取蛋白质,再经碱溶酸沉的方法对蛋白质进行提纯。通过对试验条件的料液比、水浴温度和保温时间3个因素进行研究,利用正交试验获得蛋白质提取量最大的组合条件。最适提取条件为:料液比1∶25,水浴温度40℃,保温时间70 min。经验证试验得出,在最适合的条件下浸泡液中蛋白质的提取率为42%,蛋白质纯度81%。

Abstract:This experiment mainly adopts electrical etc from corn soaked fluid materials extracted proteins,acid soluble alkali sink to the methods of methods for purifying proteins.Based on the experimental condition ratio,stretching temperature,holding time,three factors are studied by orthogonal test the largest amount of protein extraction combined conditions.Experimental results show that ratio 1∶25,stretching temperature for 40 ℃,insulation time 70 min are the optimal conditions.The verification experiment is in the most suitable conditions soaked fluid extraction in protein for 42%,protein purity 81%.
