摘    要:以杨梅为原料开发即食食品——冰杨梅,介绍获取食品生产许可证所必须的软硬件条件。该产品的加工工艺可行,所需设备简单,是杨梅产地短时间消化杨梅的一个出路。

Abstract:The processing technology of ready for eat freezed waxberry is studied,besides the equisitions to obtain food production license.The results show that the produce procedure is suitable,and freezed waxberry production can solve the contradiction between supply and demand.
