摘    要:随着我国食品工业的快速发展,迫切需要大批具有创新能力、创业能力和实践能力的高层次专门人才。教育部决定从2009年开始,在包括食品加工与安全领域在内的19种专业学位的多个领域,开展以应届本科毕业生为主的全日制专业学位研究生教育,培养具有良好职业素养的高层次应用型专门人才。河南科技大学依托学校的学科优势和河南省食品工业的区域优势,对食品加工与安全领域全日制专业学位硕士研究生的培养模式进行了积极的探索和实践。
