摘    要:以黑玉米皮为原料,采用响应面法优化超声波法提取水溶性膳食纤维的工艺参数,得出最佳工艺条件:提取时间为32 min,料液比为1∶11,提取温度为60℃,超声波功率为700 W,此条件下提取的膳食纤维提取率最高,为53.8%。

Abstract:Using black corn skin as raw materials,through the Response Surface Methodology and the Optimizing Supersonic Method to extract the technological parameters of soluble dietary fiber and come to the optimum technological conditions: extracting time is 32 min,the ratio of the material and extraction liquid is 1∶11,the extraction temperature is 60 ℃,the ultrasonic power is 700 W,under these conditions,the ratio of extraction is 53.8%.
