超临界CO_2流体萃取石楠叶挥发油化学成分的研究

摘    要:采用超临界CO2流体萃取石楠叶挥发油,平均出油率为1.32%。利用气相色谱—质谱联用仪对石楠叶挥发油成分进行分离和鉴定,共鉴定出51种化学成分,并用面积归一化法测定了各种成分的含量。

Abstract:In this paper,CO2 superitical fluid extraction is employed to extract the volatile oil of photinia serrulata lindl leaves,of which the average oil yielding rate is 1.32%.The seperation and identification of the volatile oil extracted from photinia serrulata lindl is carried out by GC/MS.51 chemical compositions are identified from the volatile oil,the relative contents of these compositions are calculated by area normalization method.
