L-苏氨酸生产菌的选育

摘    要:以北京棒杆菌AS 1.299(Corynebacterium pekinense)为出发菌株,经过紫外—亚硝基胍(NTG)诱变,得到L-苏氨酸高产突变株N50-10,其质量浓度为1.150 g/L,比原菌株质量浓度提高了1.106 g/L。在菌株N50-10的基础上,又筛选出抗乙硫氨酸和抗磺胺胍突变株SG06-10(Ethr+SGr),其L-苏氨酸质量浓度达到了2.463 g/L,比原菌提高了2.419 g/L。经5次传代,产量稳定。

Abstract:Taking Corynebacterium pekinense AS1.299 as starting strain,a high producing strain N50-10 is obtained by mutagenizing UV and NTG,its volume of production is 1.150 g/L.And ethionine resistance and sulfaguanidine resistance Strain SG06-10(Ethr+SGr) are screened out on the basis of strain N50-10,which can bring L-threonine up to 2.410 g/L,comparing with Corynebacterium pekinense AS1.299 has 2.366 g/L with increasing,it shows that go down to 5 posterity has good genetic stability.
