动物源有机肥对核桃根际土壤及叶片微量元素含量的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验,探讨不同配方动物源有机肥对核桃根际土壤与幼树叶片微量元素含量的变化及其相互关系的影响。以正交试验优选的猪血粉、蛋壳粉、鸡粪、磷酸铵六种不同配比的有机肥为处理,于生长期测定和分析不同处理条件下二年生香玲核桃(Juglandaceae nigira cv.xiangling)盆栽幼树根际土壤与叶片中铁、锰、铜、锌元素的含量变化及其相互关系。结果表明:处理条件下核桃根际土壤中各元素呈先上升后下降的趋势;而叶片中的各元素含量在不同处理条件下的变化趋势不同。各处理与对照相比,显著提高核桃根际土壤和幼树叶片中有效铁、锰、铜、锌元素的含量;但各处理在不同测试点上的促进效应以及对各个元素的促进效应不同。相关分析表明:在不同处理条件下,核桃根际土壤和叶片中各元素间分别存在着不同程度的相关关系,正相关明显;根际土壤中各元素与叶片中各元素间的负相关效应显著。综合分析认为,动物源有机肥配方(猪血粉40g、蛋壳粉30g、磷酸铵10g)(T6)对核桃幼树根际土壤及叶片中铁、锰、铜、锌元素的综合效果最佳。

Abstract:Pot plant experiment was conducted to study the effect of the different fertilizer made from animal tissues on content change and relationships of micro-elements nutrient in rhizosphere soils and leaves of two-year Xiangling walnut (Juglandaceae nigira cv.xingling). Six kinds of formulations of blood meal, egg shell meal, chicken manure and ammonium phosphates were selected as the fertilizer treatments to measure the content and relationships of Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn in rhizosphere soils and leaves of young walnut in growth period. The result showed that: the content of the micro-element in rhizosphere soils of walnut showed the tendency to increase first and then decrease and the change trend of the content of the micro-element in leaves was different with fertilizer treatments. Compared with the control, the content of Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn in rhizosphere soils and leaves of walnut were improved significantly, but the promoting effects of different fertilizer treatments on elements were different on test point. Correlative analysis showed that there were significant positive relationships among the micro-elements in rhizosphere soils and leaves of walnut, there were some significant negative relationships among the micro-elements in the content of elements of rhizosphere soils to that of leaves of walnut plant. It was speculated that comprehensive effect of the formulation of fertilizer made from animal tissues--blood meal:40g,egg shell meal:30g,ammonium phosphates:10g(T6)on Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn in rhizosphere soils and leaves of walnut was better than other treatments.
