抗蒸腾剂Transfilm对常温贮藏红富士苹果品质和生理的影响

摘    要:以红富士苹果为材料,通过喷洒不同体积分数的抗蒸腾剂Transfilm,研究苹果在贮藏期的生理指标的变化规律.结果表明,抗蒸腾荆Transfilm能够降低果实失水率,提高果实硬度,延缓果实可溶性固形物含量下降,提高果实可溶性糖和可滴定酸含量.其中以体积分数为10.0%处理的效果最为明显.

Abstract:Influence of anti-transpiration Transfilm on physiological indexes of Red Fuji apple was studied. The result showed: anti-transpiration could reduce fruit water loss rate, increase fruits hardness , delay reducing speed of concentration of soluble solid content of fruit, increase soluble sugar content and acid content of fruit. In all treatments the effect of 10. 0% is the best.
