A型口蹄疫抗体水平消长规律的研究

摘    要:本研究将来自锦州地区40头黑白花奶牛,随机分为A、B、C、D四组,每组10头牛,每头奶牛在进行初免前均采集了O-P液和血清,进行病原学检测和母源抗体检测,在每次免疫21天后采血,采用液相阻断ELISA方法,进行免疫效果监测。通过研究发现A、B组免疫合格率达到70%以上,符合国家标准;C、D组免疫保护率能达到100%。本次试验为我们了解掌握A型口蹄疫免疫效果提供了可靠的科学依据,更为口蹄疫免疫程序的进一步优化提供了参考。

Abstract:In this study, 40 Holstein cows from Jinzhou area were randomly divided into four groups of A, B, C and D with 10 in each. Before primary immunization, esophagus-pharyngeal secretions and serum of each cow were collected for Pathogen detection and maternal antibody detection. 21 days after each immunization, blood sample were collected and checked with liquid blocking ELISA method for immune effect monitoring. Through the study we found that group A, B immune qualification rate reached more than 70% which is in line with national standards; C, D group immune protection rate can reach 100%.The test provides a reliable scientific basis for us to study the immune effect of the A-type FMD and more reference for further optimization of the FMD immunization program.
