黑穗醋栗主要栽培品种的半致死低温与抗冻性

通过对休眠期间黑穗醋栗枝条的冷冻处理，发现冷冻温度与细胞伤害率呈“Ｓ”型曲线相关，符合Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ方程，通过Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ方程拐点确定的半致死低温可以代表黑穗醋栗的抗冻性，并可比较品种之间的抗冻性差别，这与田间调查结果相吻合，但半致死低温在不同时期是变化的，所以只能代表取样当时的抗冻能力。
