黑穗醋栗主要栽培品种的半致死低温与抗冻性

摘    要:通过对休眠期间黑穗醋栗枝条的冷冻处理,发现冷冻温度与细胞伤害率呈“S”型曲线相关,符合Logistic方程,通过Logistic方程拐点确定的半致死低温可以代表黑穗醋栗的抗冻性,并可比较品种之间的抗冻性差别,这与田间调查结果相吻合,但半致死低温在不同时期是变化的,所以只能代表取样当时的抗冻能力。

Abstract:The branches of black currant were observed after freezing treatment in dormant period The result showed: the relationship between freezing temperatures and the cells injured rates teke on a relative curve of “S” that was indenticel with Logistic equation From the comer point of Logistic equation, the semilethal low temperature was gotten, which could represont the treezing resistance of black currant and be used to comparing the difference of freezing resistance in different varieties All these tallied with field investigation, But the semi-lethal low temperature was different in different period, it can only represent the freezing resistance ability of the samples at that time
