| 摘 要： | 北京市在山区生态涵养补偿方面进行了积极的探索,有些生态补偿项目的生态环境效益已经开始显现,形成了受到农民广泛欢迎的生态涵养补偿政策措施,促进了山区农民收入增长。但是,由于生态补偿机制涉及面广,在实践中遇到的问题复杂,生态补偿机制亟待进一步完善。今后,应进一步健全生态补偿金水平调整机制,成立专业的生态林养护组织,加大本地特色产业扶持力度。

| Abstract: | Beijing had been actively exploring in ecological compensation mechanism in mountainous areas,and some benefits of ecological compensation projects had begun to appear,which gradually formed a widely welcomed ecological conservation policy measures and promoted the growth of farmers’ income.However,because of the wide scope and complex problems in practice,the ecological compensation system needed further improvement.In the future,we should make further improvement on the adjustment mechanism of ecological compensation level,establish the professional ecological conservation organization,and increase the support of local characteristic industries. |
