| 摘 要： | 人才问题是新农村建设成败的关键所在,但人才短缺已成为新农村建设的瓶颈.从人才战略的角度,探讨贵州新农村建设在金融危机背景下,如何建立培养自身人才、留住自身人才、引进外来人才的良性机制.对贵州农村人才的现状、制约人才建设的因素进行了分析,针对构建贵州农村人才队伍提出了对策和建议.
