Abstract:This paper presents a new technology to breed high-protein content roglean varieties.The total DNA of semi-wild high-protein soybean was introducted into cultivated soybean by the technique of anther pass path, and then was combined with conventional breeding. The breeding achievement was that high yield, good quality and high protein content varities were obtained.
