| 摘 要： | 本研究以甘加羊为研究对象,通过现场资源调查和实验室分析相结合的方法,对甘加羊种质资源现状、及毛、肉品质进行了系统的研究。结果表明甘加羊属肉毛兼用型异质粗毛羊,主要分布在甘南州夏河县甘加乡、达麦乡和唐尕昂乡,以夏河县甘加乡为中心产区。甘加羊羊毛两型毛、无髓毛和有髓毛的细度分别为43.47μm、24.10μm和91.37μm;甘加羊羊毛含脂率和净毛率分别为6.48%和68.25%。甘加羊羊肉中水分含量低,干物质含量和粗蛋白含量较高,肌肉内脂肪含量适中,灰分含量较低,矿物质、维生素含量丰富,其中Fe和Zn的含量分别为31.80 mg/100g和3.48mg/100g。 |
