| 摘 要： | 为了转变林业发展方式,促进林业生态建设和林业产业发展,增加林业职工收入,财政部和国家林业局于2009年启动实施森林抚育补贴试点工作,这是我国建立森林生态效益补偿政策的重要举措。黑龙江省鹤北林业局立足实际,深入细致地开展了试点工作。

| Abstract: | To enhance the forest stand quality,change forestry developing type,promote the ecological construction and industry development in forestry,increase forestry workers income,the Ministry of Finance and State Forestry Bureau launched the forest caring subsidy experimental unit task since 2009,it is an important measures to establish forest ecological benefit compensation policy.The experimental unit task should keep a foothold on reality,and be finished scientifically and deeply. |
