| 摘 要： | 以宽、窄叶型2种茖葱为供试材料,探索摘叶处理对其品质指标的影响。试验结果表明:随着摘叶程度的加大,宽、窄叶型茖葱的可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、还原性糖含量、VC含量均有所降低;而可溶性蛋白含量最大值出现在出苗后第37天,宽叶型最大值为45.48mg/100g、窄叶型为39.14mg/100g;可溶性糖含量最大值出现在出苗后第43天时,宽叶型最大值为48.61mg/100g、窄叶型为48.12mg/100g;还原性糖从出叶开始到5月10日前后,其含量达到最大值(宽叶型为634.1mg/100g、窄叶型为679.7mg/100g);纤维素含量也呈梯次递减。 |
