实施农村技术承包 促进科技成果转化

集中介绍了山西省农业科学院组织进行的"农村技术合同项目"。农村技术合同项目对促进农村经济发展、提高农民收入和农民科技水平发挥了重要作用,在加快科技成果向生产力转化中同样发挥了很重要的作用。农业科学技术成果是实施农村技术合同项目的前提,而农民培训、努力工作和创造一个良好的环境是实施该项目的基本条件。

Implement of Rural Technical Contract to Promote the Translation of Technology Achievement into Agriculture Productivity

This paper focused on the practice of "The rural technology contract project" organized and carried out by Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The rural technical contract project played an important role to promote agricultural economy development,increase farmers' income and advance the peasant's sci-tech and cultural levels.It also was important to accelerate the translation of scientific and technological achievements in agriculture into productivity.The prerequisite project transformed into practice was determined by advancement of agricultural sci-tech achievements.The basic conditions of implementing project well were farmers'training,hard working and good environment creating.
