黑果枸杞花色苷色素微波辅助提取的优化

摘    要:[目的]优化黑果枸杞花色苷色素的提取方法.[方法]以色素含量为指标,通过提取溶剂、辐射功率、提取时间、料液比和浸泡时间5个因素,对黑果枸杞花色苷色素提取效果的影响进行了单因素实验和正交实验.[结果]各因素对黑果枸杞花色苷色素含量的影响依次为:料液比>乙醇浓度>辐射功率>提取时间>浸泡时间;黑果枸杞花色苷色素的优化提取条件为:提取溶剂75;乙醇,辐射功率70 W,提取时间20 min,料液比1∶50,浸泡时间20 h,在此条件下花色苷色素提取率为15.32;,总花色苷含量936.27 mg/100 g.[结论]该方法具有操作简单、提取时间短、提取率高等优点.

Abstract:[Objective]To optimize the extraction methods of anthocyanin pigment from Lycium rethenicum Murr.[Method]The study was conducted to reveal the effect of five factors such as extraction solvent,radiation power,extraction time,ratio of solid to solution and immersed time on the extraction result of anthocyanin pigment from fresh Lycium ruthenicum Murr fruit by single factor test and orthogonal test.[Result]The effects of each factor on the pigment content from big to small in turn was the ratio of solid to solution > ethanol concentration >radiation power > extraction time > immersed time;The optimal microwave-assisted extraction conditions were as follows:content solvent (75% HCL ethanol),radiation power 70 W,extraction time 20 min,the ratio of solid to solution 1:50,immersed time 20 h.The extraction rate from anthocyanin pigment was 15.32%,and the yield of total anthocyanins was up to 936.27 mg/100g.[Conclusion]This method is easy to operate,short time to extract with high efficiency.
