香蕉基因组学研究20年:成就与挑战

摘    要:香蕉基因组学研究已逾20年,取得了一些进展。本文从全基因组测序、亚基因组分化、基因水平上的染色体结构变异、多倍体背景下的染色体交换及基因组扩张与功能等5个方面,论述了香蕉基因组学研究取得的进展,并对未来基因组学研究的重点方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Banana genome has been studied for more than 20 years, and some progress has been made. In this paper, the achievements of banana genomics research were reviewed from five aspects: whole genome sequencing, subgenome differentiation, chromosomal structural variation at genome level, chromosome exchange under polyploid background, genome expansion and function.
