摘    要:[目的]建立用高效液相色谱法测定贵州黔北凹叶厚朴中厚朴酚的含量。[方法]色谱柱为Diamonsil C18,以甲醇-水(78∶22)为流动相;流速为1.0ml/min;柱温25℃;检测波长为294nm。[结果]厚朴酚线性范围为0.6272~1.1648ug,r=0.9994;平均回收率为98.56%,RSD=0.33%。[结论]该法简便、灵敏、准确。

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to determine the content of magnolol in Qianbei Magnolia officinalis by HPLC method.[Method] A Diamonsil C18 column was used with mobile phase of methanol-water(78∶22),the detection wavelength was 294 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was 25 ℃.[Result] The magnolol good liner range was within 0.627 2-1.164 8 ug,r=0.999 4.The average recovery was 98.56% and RSD was 0.33%.[Conclusion] The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.
