| 摘 要： | 为了明确从健康番茄植株中分离筛选的具有拮抗作用的细菌菌株Thhy1和Jcxy8的分类地位,采用常规方法对其进行了鉴定。根据两菌株的大小、形状和芽孢等形态学特征及其固体和液体培养性状观察,两菌株均属于芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus spp.);通过革兰氏染色、接触酶反应、好氧和厌氧性、碳水化合物的利用、柠檬酸盐和丙二酸盐的利用,硝酸盐还原和葡萄糖产酸等20个生理生化指标的测定,结果表明:菌株Thhy1属枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis(Ehrenberg)Cohn.),菌株Jcxy8属环状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus circulans Jord.)。

| Abstract: | In order to know the classification of two endophytic antagonistic strains Thhyl and Jcxy8 which were isolated and selected from health tomato plants,tradition measures were adopted to identify.According to the basic properties of morphologic,physiological and biochemical characters and including cell shape and size,Gram's dyeing,pictures of electron microscope scaning,culturing properties in solid and liquid medium,enzyme reaction,catalase and oxidase, aerobiosis and anaerobic,amylum hydrolyling,qlutin liquefaction,using of citric acid,producing acid and gas, hydrolyze and tempreture etc.Thhy1 and Jexy8 were identified as Bacillus subtilis(Ehrenberg)Cohn.and Bacillus circulans Jord.respectively. |
