摘    要:从银杏种子的发芽、呼吸强度、物质代谢等方面比较了10个银杏品系间发芽期耐冷性的差异及造成其差异的物质代谢基础。结果表明:低温降低了种子的呼吸强度,抑制了淀粉和蛋白质的水解,使低温萌发的种子中可溶性糖和游离氨基酸含量低于对照萌发的种子。在低温下,30、#26#和45#种子呼吸强度、淀粉和蛋白质的水解及可溶性糖和游离氨基酸的生成被抑制的程度较小,而17#、20#和31#被抑制的程度较大,从而造成30#、26#和45#在低温下具有较高的相对发芽势和相对发芽率,表现出较强的发芽期耐冷性,而17#、20#和31#的相对发芽势和相对发芽率较低。

Abstract:The difference in cold tolerance among 10 ginkgo strains and the metabolism base that causes the difference were investigated in terms of germination,respiratory intensity and metabolism at the germination time.Results show that respiratory intensity,hydrolysis of amylase and protein of germination seeds are restrained,and the contents of soluble total sugar and free amino acids are lower than those of control treatment at low temperatures.The restraint degrees of the respiratory intensity,hydrolysis of amylase and protein,production of soluble total sugar and free amino acids of germination seeds of No.30,No.26 and No.45 are smaller at low temperatures,but those of No.17,No.20 and No.31 are larger.Therefore,germination seeds of No.30,No.26 and No.45 have stronger cold tolerance during germination period judging from their higher relative germination energy and relative germination percentage compared with those of the three ginkgo strains of No.17,No.20 and No.31.
