| 摘 要： | 本文着重从工农业生产、人类生活和突发性污染事故等方面分析了水产品中环境激素的来源,论述了环境激素对水产品性激素水平、代谢过程、内分泌功能等方面造成的危害,针对环境激素来源提出了污染预防方面的对策,并展望了今后水产品质量安全领域研究方向,其中环境激素污染方面建议从新检测技术和降解两方面重点开展研究.

| Abstract: | This paper primarily studied the sources of environmental hormone from industrial and agricultural production, humanity daily garbage and sudden pollution accident. And it has been analyzed harmfulness of environmental hormone on the sex hormone levels, metabolic processes, and endocrine of aquatic product. The prevention measures of environmental hormones pollution was summarized according to the sources of environmental hormones. The future research direction in the field of safety of aquatic products was described, and some advices of enhancing research of security of aquatic product from the new detection technology and degradation were put forward. |
