摘    要:桃拉病毒(TSV)是一种给对虾养殖业造成极大危害的病原。应用RT-PCR方法对采自广西防城港、北海、钦州等地养殖场的疑似病虾进行TSV检测,结果在250份样品中,TSV的检出率为0;有5份病样在目的带位置附近出现明显条带,经测序和NCB I比对,该条带的DNA序列与南美白对虾18S ribosomal RNA 99%吻合。表明广西沿海地区近年来桃拉病的发病率已明显降低,利用国际兽医局O IE推荐的引物检测桃拉病毒有可能造成假阳性。试验结果可为广西TSV的科学检测与防控提供参考。

Abstract:Taura syndrome virus(TSV) is a kind of pathogen threatening the sustainability of shrimp industries.In this study,TSV epidemiological status of Guangxi province inshore was investigated from by RT-PCR.Two hundred fifty individuals samples of Penaeus vannamei shrimp which came from Fangchenggang,Beihai and Qinzhou were detected,but none of positive samples was found.Five of them dubitable bands were found when PCR amplification products were run in agarose gels.The dubitable bands were sequenced and found that all of them were highly conformed to the 18S RNA of Penaeus vannamei.In this study,the data indicated that the incidence of TSV disease in Guangxi province had descended largely in recent years,and it also indicated that dubitable bands which may be judged as positive could be found using the primers commended by OIE(Office International des Epizooties).These results provided reference to the biosecurity plan of TSV in Guangxi province and new insights into the detection of TSV.
