摘    要:采用原生质体法复壮4个供试菌株,并研究其菌落形态、子实体性状等农艺性状,同时进行ITS分析,结果表明供试菌株属于毛木耳,且性状互补,各有优势,AP2010为白色变异菌株,AP201表现产量高,漳耳43-28、43012表现耳片商品性状好,耳片平整,抗性强,稳定的特点,为毛木耳育种提供丰富的亲本来源。

Agronomic Traits and ITS Characteristics of Four Auricularia polytricha (Mont .) Sacc .Strains
Abstract:Four varieties of mushrooms were selected to undergo protoplasts rejuvenation prior to testing.According to their agronomic traits,ITS sequences,and phylogenetic trees,they were identified as strains of Auricularia polytricha (Mont.)Sacc .Upon cultivation,each of the mushrooms showed distinctive characteristics.The white fruiting body of AP2010,the high yield of AP201,the superior commercial value,excellent resistances,high stability,and appealing appearance of Zhanger 43-28 and 43012 were among the traits that could lend them to be the germplasm resources for hybrid-breeding of new varieties of mushrooms.
