琅琊山风景区空气真菌群落组成

摘    要:为了解琅琊山景区在不同季节、不同景点和不同时间段空气真菌的组成特点,采用自然沉降法采样,研究了空气真菌群落的组成和生态分布特征.结果表明,共获得可培养空气真菌6 173株,隶属于4目,8科,28属,其优势属为丝核菌属Rhizoctonia、圆束霉属Anthromycopsis、小菌核菌属Sclerotium、膝节霉属Gonatophragmium、团丝核菌属Papulaspora.不同季节空气真菌的组成存在显著差异(P0.05),以春季的菌群和菌株数量最多,冬季的菌群和菌株数量最少.不同景点空气真菌的组成以林内空气真菌菌群和菌株数量最多.除夏季外,其余季节空气真菌均是下午的菌群数量多于上午的菌群数量.自然环境、气候条件、人类旅游活动变化等因素与景区空气真菌组成及生态分布存在密切的动态联系.

Composition characteristics of airborne fungi in scenic spot of Langya Mountain
Abstract:To investigate the community structure and distribution characteristics of airborne fungi in Langya Mountain, Anhui Prov-ince, airborne fungi were sampled by fallen plate method at 5 scenic spots in Langya Mountain at different time of day and seasons. A total of 6173 isolates were identified and they belonged to 28 genera, 8 families, and 4 orders. Rhizoctonia, Anthromycopsis, Scle-rotium, Gonatophragmium and Papulaspora were the dominant genera. Composition of airborne fungi varied significantly among sea-sons ( P<0.05) . Varieties of genera and strains were the largest in spring ( P<0.01) and smallest in winter ( P<0.05) . Varieties in unexplored forests were the highest ( P<0.01) . In terms of time of day, the number of genera was higher in the afternoon than in the morning, while the number was the opposite in summer. To summarize, factors such as natural environment, climatic condition,hu-man activities were closely correlated with composition and ecological distribution of airborne fungi in Langya Mountain.
