金针菇粉孢子在杂交育种中作用的研究

摘    要:利用粉孢子进行品种间杂交试验,结果证明:粉孢子与粉孢子、粉孢子与担孢子间的杂交组合在菌丝生长速度、结实能力、产量和品质等方面与常规的担孢子与担孢子间交配无显著差异。因为从双核菌丝体获取无性粉孢子与从子实体获取有性担孢子比较,有简便、快速等优点,故建议在金针菇杂交育种中优先采用粉孢子作为杂交材料。

Abstract:The role of oidium cross in breeding experiment was studied.The results showed that the combinations resulting frcm oidium mat with oidium,oidium with basidiospore had no significant differerces to the conventional combinations between those of the basidiospore in mycelial growth rate,fruiting ability, yield and quality.Comparatively speaking,a collection of monokaryontic oidia from dikaryons is easier and faster than that of basidiospores from fruitbodies. Therefore,it is suggested that oidia could be used as cross breeding material is worth of consideration.
