小麦未熟胚离体培养的研究──再生植株后代花粉粒育性观察

摘    要:试验以IE8515-28(77(2)春品种的胚培后代)14个早熟株系的IE5代植株为材料,观察植株后代花粉粒育性.结果表明.小麦未熟胚离体培养后所产生的后代,结实均表现正常,但在成熟花粉粒育性观察中发现空瘪、小型以及多萌发孔等畸形花粉粒.而且不同株系各种异常花粉粒所占比例不同.说明胚培无性系后代遗传基础受到深刻影响,包括小孢子形成和发育的全过程.

Abstract:The IE5 generation of 14 lines early in maturity derived from embryo culture progeny IE 8515-28 of cultivar 77(2)-Spring were used as the materials for pollen fertility study. The results showed that the performance of seed-setting in progenics from immature embryo culture in vitro was normal but various types of abnormal pollen were found, including the empties,the smallest and multi-germination poles in different percentages.It indicated that the genetic base of the somaclonal progeny from embryo culture in vitro was significantly influenced and involved the formation of small spores.
