| 摘 要： | 利用蛋白质全自动测定仪，对桑树转基因植株叶片中的蛋白质含量进行了测定。不同株系间粗蛋白质含量有较大差异。已确认的两个转基因株系（230和410）粗蛋白质含量高于对照品种，而其它株系则基本相近。

| Abstract: | Protein content in mulberry leaves of transgeinc plants was analyzed by automatic protein analyzer, results showed that there was significant difference among the plants.It was found that the crude protein in two transgenic plants,230 and 410,were higher than the control, but the other transgenic plants were similar to the control. |
