竹子天然产物种类及其加工利用的研究

摘    要:本文综述了国内外对竹叶中醇、醛、酚酸、黄酮类、氨基酸、多糖、矿质元素、天然色素、蛋白质、茶多酚类等多种天然产物种类、含量及其作用的研究,利用竹子及其天然产物加工生产竹炭、竹醋液、竹沥、防腐剂、保鲜剂、抗氧化剂、除臭剂、金钢砂、保健饮料等产品,以及中国对竹子加工利用的现状和前景。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the research at home and abroad on categories, contents and functions of various natural products in bamboo leaf, such as alcohol, aldehyde, phenolic acids, flavonoids, amino acids, polysaccharide, mineral element, natural pigment, protein, tea polyphenol,etc, and the application of bamboo and its natural products to the production of bamboo charcoal, bamboo vinegar liquid, bamboo trickle, antiseptic, fresh-keeping agent, antioxidant, deodorant, carborundum and health care beverage, etc. In the end, the paper discusses the present condition and the prospect for bamboo exploitation in China.
