七彩山鸡传染性法氏囊病及其并发感染

1998年，贵阳地区两个珍禽养殖场（A场和B场）的七彩山鸡暴发一种以急性死亡、法氏囊肿大为特征的传染病。病料对试验鸡能引起临床症状和死亡，复制出在自然病例中观察到的典型病理变化。A场无并发感染，死亡率为11．4％，死亡高峰出现在第5天；B超由于致病性链球菌的混合感染，死亡率上升到50％，死亡高峰提前到第3天，剖解病变更加复杂化，该场的致病性链球菌是加剧本病高死亡率和严惩的出血性素质的真正原因。该病毒能引起实验鸡出现临床症状和死亡，复制出在自然病例中观察到的曲型病理变化。另对两场的鸡新城疫（ND）和鸡减蛋综合症（EDS）的血清效价测定结果表明，部分鸡群的ND免疫不合格，鸡群曾被EDS病毒感染过。

Infectious Bursa Disease and Complicated Infection in Pheasant

An infectious disease broke out at two pheasantries (A and B farm)on May 1998 in the suburbs of Guiyang city,which was characterized with acute mortality and swollen bursa.The virus induced clinical signs and death of experimental chickens.The typical pathological lesions of IBD could be observed in these artificially infected chickens.Comlicated infection was not observed at A farm and the mortality reached 11.4% with a peak at the 5th day.while at B farm,Co_infection caused by pathogenic streptoccci resulted in high motality of 50%,the death peak occurred at the 3th day and the pathological lesions became more sophisticated.The virus induced clinical signs and death of experimental chickens.The typical pathological lesions of IBD could be observed in these artificially infected chickens,which was resemblance to naturally occuring cases.The antibody titers against newcastle discase(ND) and egg drop syndrome(EDS) had been determined by serological reaction at both farms.The results showed that ND immunity didn't establish in part of flocks and some of them suffered from EDS virues.
