云南省干旱成灾因素分析及减灾对策初探

以云南省为例,选取影响云南省干旱成灾的5个因素（有效灌溉率、节水灌溉率、农业用水比率、森林覆盖率、平均年降雨量）,并根据这5个因素对2003～2008年的统计数据进行了因子分析。经研究表明,影响云南省干旱因素可以归结为农业投入水利化、土地植被状况和气候状况。根据研究结论和云南干旱的现状,提出了减轻云南省干旱灾害的对策与建议。

Analysis of Influence Factors of Drought in Yunnan Province and Preliminary Exploration of Disaster Reduction Strategy

This paper focused on five factors（effective irrigation,saving water irrigation,agricultural water rates,forest coverage,average yearly rainfall） which influenced drought in Yunnan Province and basing the statistics data of those five factors from 2003 to 2008,carried on factor analysis.The research indicated the factors that influence drought in Yunnan Province could be induced rate of cultivated land under irrigation,the state of land vegetation and climate conditions.On the basis of the research conclusion and the condition of drought in Yunnan Province,the authors put forward some tactics and suggestions that could be used to solve drought in Yunnan Province.
