| 摘 要： | 为确定草果重大病害草果萎蔫病病原,解决其防治关键技术问题,在云南文山州的马关县仁和镇木腊村、古林箐乡瓢厂村草果种植区采集草果萎蔫性病害植株典型病征标本,进行切片、鉴定和按照柯赫氏法则分离、回接、鉴定。结果表明,镰孢属Fusarium sp.菌株是草果萎蔫性病害发生的主要致病微生物;围小丛壳属Glomerella sp.(无性型炭疽菌属Colletotrichum sp.)也能导致草果萎蔫性病征,同属于草果萎蔫性病害致病微生物。 |
