This paper analyzes the United States ＂Japan bashing＂ in the 1980s, including the United States impact on Japan＇s economy after the yen appreciation and strategy taken by the government of Japan. Focusing on China＇s current situation, this paper puts forward the measures to be taken. Including the acceleration of industrial structure adjustment ; the improvement of the products competitiveness; efforts to expand domestic demand and reducing dependence on foreign trade; further improving the domestic finance market; promoting an orderly appreciation of the RMB.
