摘    要:通过不同浸种时间和不同浓度药剂浸种对思茅松种子进行发芽对比试验,结果表明:浸种12 h、24 h可以缩短种子萌发时间,提高萌芽整齐度及种子发芽率,而干粒直接播种不利于种子萌发;赤霉素、生根粉1号、2,4-D、吲哚丁酸浓度为0.5 g/L的4种药剂对思茅松种子萌发抑制作用明显,而浓度为0.05 g/L的赤霉素对思茅松种子萌发有较好的促进作用。

Abstract:Experiments were designed and conducted to test the effects of seed soaking time and hormone on germination of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis.The results showed that soaking the seeds for 12 h and 24 h could shorten the time needed of germination,promote the seed germinate evenly,and the germination rate were increased as well.Four tested hormones namely GA,ABT 1#,2,4-D and IBA of the concentration of 0.5 g/L had significant inhibiting effect on seed germination,whereas the GA of 0.05g/L had promising effec...
