“国家安全语言计划”对大学外语教育的启示

2006年美国政府推出了＂国家安全语言计划＂,首次将语言学习提升到国家安全战略策略的高度。本文全面分析、探讨了美国制定该计划的内容、目的和实施情况,并就该计划对我国大学外语教育的启示进行了研究,指出其在人文素质教育、跨文化交际能力培养及外语课的重新定位等方面具有重要的作用。

The Enlightenment of National Security Language Initiative to College Foreign Language Education

The United States administration launched ＂National Security Language Initiative＂ in the year 2006.This initiative attached language learning to the importance of the national security strategy at the first time.On the basis of detailed analysis and the research of the purpose,the content and the process of the initiative,this paper explores its enlightenment to college foreign language education in China and points out its significance in the aspect of humanity spirit and intercultural communication ability cultivating,and the reposition of foreign languages courses.
