摘    要:通过对国内外人参属药用植物的悬浮培养及次生代谢调控研究的总结分析,结果表明:(1)2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)和萘乙酸(NAA)对悬浮细胞的诱导有促进作用,多胺(PA)和赤霉素(GA<,3>)是体细胞胚诱导的关键,Rhizobium rhizogenes KCTC 2744质粒能诱导人参愈伤组织产生毛状根;(2)...

Abstract:The advances of research in suspension culture and secondary metabolism regulation of Panax spp.were reviewed,summarized and analyzed.The results were as follows: 1) The induction of suspension cell could be promoted by 2,4-D and NAA,PA and GA3 were two crucial substances for body cell embryo induction.The plasmid KCTC 2744 of Rhizobium rhizogenes could induce the production of adventitious root.2) Jasmonic acid and its derivatives could stimulate the signal transduction of the original ginseng glycol type ...
