云南农业利用外资研究

随着世界经济一体化进程的加快,资本跨国流动的速度加快、作用凸现。利用外资对经济发展中资本形成、技术进步、科学管理、机制转换、资源开发、产业优化和综合竞争力提高发挥着日益重要的作用。农业在我国经济发展中居于重要的战略地位,中央把解决＂三农＂问题作为全部工作的重中之重。因此,在农业问题得到高度重视的今天,研究如何进一步扩大和有效利用外资来推动农业早日实现现代化、产业化和国际化,具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文通过介绍云南农业利用外资的情况,剖析云南农业利用外资过程中存在的问题及原因,提出了具体的对策。

Utilization of Foreign Capital in Yunnan Agriculture

With the speeding up of the integration of world economy,international capital flow has also been accelerated and the importance of its role is heightened.Utilizing foreign capita is playing a more and more important role for capital formation,technological progress,scientific management,mechanism transformation,resource development,industry optimization,and the improvement of a city＇s overall competitive power in economic development.The new government has been paying unprecedented attention to agriculture due to its strategic position in the development of economy in China.Solving the problems facing agriculture,countryside and farmers has been the most important task for the central government.Therefore,under the background that more and more attention has been paid to agriculture,it has both theoretical and practical significance to study on how to expand,introduce and utilize foreign investments effectively and efficiently to promote agricultural modernization,industrializationand internationalization.This article introduces the situation of utilizing foreign capital in Yunnan agriculture,and points out the main problems and countermeasures in utilizing foreign capital.
