土壤干旱对“庆丰”桃源、库叶碳同化物含量的影响

摘    要:以二年生盆栽“庆丰”桃(Prunus persica L.cv.Qingfeng)(以山桃为砧木)为试材,进行干旱处理。结果表明,干旱胁迫使桃源叶中总可溶性糖、还原糖、山梨醇、葡萄糖、果糖含量增加,淀粉和蔗糖含量降低;使桃库叶中总可溶性糖、淀粉和蔗糖含量下降,还原糖、山梨醇、葡萄糖含量增加;土壤干旱对叶片中少数糖含量有后效作用,后效作用的程度因源叶和库叶而不同。

Abstract:Water stress treatment were imposed on potted two-year old " Qingfeng" peach ( Prunus persica L. cv. Qinfeng). Results indicate that the contents of sucrose and starch in peach source and sink leaves decrease significantly, while that of soluble sugar, sorbitol, glucose and fructose increase. The contents of total sugar increase in source leaves , but decrease in sink leaves. An after-effect is obvious on the contents of a few sugers. although the extent of that is different in different source and sink leaves.
