龙竹材的解剖性质

摘    要:
对龙竹(Dendrocalamus giganteus)材维管束形态、纤维形态、组织比量进行分析测定,研究了不同年龄、不同胸径、竹秆不同部位解剖性质的变异特点:龙竹的维管束为断腰型和双断腰型;维管束的径向长为0.554~1.224mm,平均0.839mm;弦向长为0.364~0.635mm,平均0.521mm;径向长度与弦向长度比1.32~1.99,平均1.61;维管束的密度为84~268个/cm2,平均为175个/cm2。结果还表明:龙竹材纤维长度主要受竹秆部位的影响,与年龄和胸径无显著相关;组织比量与竹龄和竹秆胸高直径也无显著关系。

Abstract:
The variation characteristics of the anatomical properties for bamboo wood of Dragon bamboo (Dendrocalamus giganteus) of different ages, diameters at breast height (DBH), and positions of culm were studied in terms of vascular bundle morphology, fiber morphology, and tissue measurements. Results showed that the vascular bundles of Dragon bamboo belonged to broken type or double-broken type. The radial length of vascular bundles varied from 0.554mm to 1.224mm with an average of 0.839mm, while its tangential length was between 0.364mm and 0.635mm with an average of 0.521mm. The ratio of radial length to tangential length ganged from 1.32 to 1.99, and the average was 1.61. Density of vascular bundle per square centimeter across the bamboo culm wall was from 84 to 268 with an average of 175. The fiber length was determined mainly by the positions of culm and internode, but not by age and DBH. The tissue measurements also had no distinct relationship with DBH and age.
