| 摘 要： | 论述了用于兰成渝成品油管道上的新型过滤工艺研究的背景、具体研究内容和应用效果.对目前所用立式过滤器难以收集大量杂质和不便清理以及对新建的大型成品油管道可能会遇到类似问题进行了分析,研制了一套具有清管器接收筒快开盲板易开启功能的新型过滤工艺装置,该装置不仅解决了原立式过滤器易堵、对杂质清理困难和清理时间长等问题,而且可在不动用吊装设备的前题下完成杂质清理工作. |

| Abstract: | The study background, study content and application achievement of new filtering technique for Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Products Oil Pipeline are described in this paper. The old vertical filter for products oil filtering is difficult to collect impurities and be cleaned. Therefore,a special filter with quick-opening blind plate of pig trap is developed. This new filter can be operated without any craning equipment. |
