| 摘 要： | 质量是林业企业的生命。作为中央企业的雷州林业局(以下简称"雷林")几十年来十分重视林业生产的质量管理,建立了南方最大的桉树人工林基地,成为"粤西明珠",率先成为桉树人工林培育的"排头兵"。随着经济市场化全球化的不断发展,雷林务必做优做强做大,提高市场竞争力,打响"雷林品牌",继续成为中央林业企业的"亮点",所以必须建立、健全林业质量管理体系,使雷林经济又好又快地可持续发展。为此,本文就雷林应如何建立健全森林培育质量管理体系进行了初步探讨。
