棉花种衣剂对防治棉苗立枯病试验研究

摘    要: 棉苗立枯病是棉花苗期的毁灭性病害,棉种包衣防治棉苗立枯病是防治此病的新途径。据此,进行了不同新剂型、种衣剂复配防治棉苗立枯病的试验,结果以含PCNB(五氯硝基苯)的克·福·多效果最佳,在人工接菌条件下,对立枯病的保苗效果达78.8%,与标准对照卫福牌种衣剂(保苗效果81.9%)相当,且可能有促生作用。

Abstract:Rhizoctonia solance kühn is a destructive plant disease at cotton seeding stage.Coating cotton seeds is a new way of controlling this disease. Accodingly, we conduct experiments to control this disease with vavious compround coat seeding agents. The result showed that, of three kinds of carbofuran-thiram-carbendazin seed coating agent the effect of 20% PCNB-carbofuran-thiram-carbendazin seed coating agent is best. On the condition of inoculation the control effect of 20% PCNB carbofuran-thiram-carbendazin seed coating agent on Rhizoctonia solance kühn is 78.8% that is almost equal to standard contrast vitavax 200FF (the control effect of vitavax on Rhizoctonia solance kühn is 81.9%). Morever,20% PCNB-carbofuran thiram-carhendazin seed coating agent can promote the cotton seeds to grow.
