文心兰的组织培养与快速繁殖

取文心兰的茎尖组织作为外植体,经过2次灭菌后,接种到N6培养基上。在25℃,2000 Lx光照条件下培养2个月,即可诱导生成原球茎。将诱导生成的原球茎分割成小的组织块,经过1~2个月的继代培养后,又生成新的原球茎,如此反复切割培养,实现了原球茎的增殖。原球茎再经过生根,进而长出新叶,即可分化形成完整的植株。
