多自由度自锁式香蕉收割机的设计与仿真

摘    要:针对大规模香蕉种植基地香蕉收割机具的研发比较缺乏的现状,设计了一种多自由度自锁式香蕉收割机。该机主要由动力系统、进给系统及收割系统等组成,手动与电动混合操作方式,既可作为收割机,同时又可作为小型运输机及牵引机使用。采用三维造型软件Solid Works对其建立模型,并对关键结构进行相应的运动仿真。结果表明:该机设计满足工作要求,可为其他类似农作物收割机具的设计提供参考。

Abstract:Due to the lack of research and development for large banana planting base of banana harvesting equipment, a multi degree of freedom and self-locking banana harvester was designed.The machine is mainly composed of a power system, a feeding system and a harvesting system.Manual and electric mixed mode of operation.It not only can be used as a harvester, also can be used as a small transport or traction machine.Using three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks to establish model and simulate the motion of key structure, the results show that the design meets the re-quirements.Design of banana harvester with multi degree of freedom and self locking can be provided as a reference to other similar crop harvesting machinery.
