摘    要:研究了基于免割收获的双行谷物脱粒装置。通过室内试验,以脱粒总损失率、含杂率为性能指标,对滚筒转速、滚筒出口脱粒间隙和脱粒元件总高度3个因素进行回归试验。同时,通过分析处理试验结果得到因素在试验范围内对指标的影响规律,优化并确定脱粒装置的最佳参数组合为:滚筒转速795r/min、出口脱粒间隙2 2 mm(入口脱粒间隙2 8 mm)、脱粒元件总高4 0 mm。

Abstract:Research the double row of grain threshing mechanism based on free-cutting harvest.Under the provisions of feed rate, the roller speed, exit threshing gap and the total height of the threshing elements were tested according to the regression test methods.And then analyze the test data in aid of statistical software, get the influence of the rate of loss impurity rate and other performance indicators.for the roller-speed, exit threshing gap and the total height of the threshing elements within the test range.Finally, optimize and get the best threshing device parameter combination of three factors.
