摘    要:以紫肉甘薯嫩茎段为外植体,应用均匀设计法筛选最适合的培养基。结果表明,最适合嫩茎段腋芽萌发生长及生根的最佳培养基为:MS(改良)+IAA0.10mg/L+IBA0.30mg/L+GA31.10mg/L,再生率达99.5%以上。以再生植株的茎节为材料进行快繁的结果表明,在21d的一个培养周期内增殖倍数平均达50以上。建立了紫肉甘薯的高效快繁体系。

Abstract:Young stems of purple-fleshed sweetpotato were used as explants and suitable medium compositions for axillary bud growing and rooting were screened through Uniform Design experiments. The results showed that MS (modified)+IAA 0.10 mg/L+IBA 0.30 mg/L+GA3 1.10 mg/L was most suitable with a regeneration rate of 99.5%. Stems each with one node were cut from regenerated shoots and cultured for propagation, and a 50-fold proliferation rate was achieved within 21 days. Efficient micropropagation system of purple-fleshed sweetpotato was successfully established.
