瓠瓜杂交一代不同种植密度对制种产量的影响

摘    要:以越蒲1号瓠瓜亲本为材料,进行了母本不同种植密度制种比较试验。试验结果表明,母本株距30 cm 和40 cm 处理的雌花始花、授粉、种瓜采收等生育期基本一致;30 cm 处理制种量比40 cm 处理的少,平均减产2.4%,差异未达显著水平;单瓜种子质量和数量差异较大,30 cm 处理的单瓜种子质量比40 cm 处理平均减小约27.0%,单瓜种子数量下降26.7%;种子百粒质量、发芽率和水分含量相近。因此,瓠瓜制种母本株距以40 cm 为宜。

Abstract:Taking the foundation seed parent of Yuepu No.1 as material, we studied the effects of different planting densities on seed production. The results showed that, under the two treatments, with female parent's planting density of 30 cm and 40 cm, the plants had basically the same early flowering period of female flowers, pollination period and harvest period, and similar 100-grain mass, germination rate and seed water content. As the planting density was 30 cm, the seed yield was decreased by 2.4%, while the seed yield and seed number per fruit were significantly reduced by 27.0% and 26.7% respectively, thus, the suitable planting density was 40 cm for seed production of bottle gourd under the conditions of this experiment.
