| 摘 要： | 阐述了新生仔猪产肠毒素性大肠埃希氏菌（ETEC）菌毛的结构、分子生物学特性、基因检测技术、菌毛抗原受体的生化特性以及菌毛载体系统的优点；另外，从分子结构与功能、作用机理、基因检测三方面叙述了新生仔猪ETEC不耐热肠毒素和耐热肠毒素的研究进展。
