屠宰兔感染豆状囊尾蚴的体内分布及卫生评价

对患豆状囊尾蚴病兔的胴体及内脏进行了详细的检验,并提出了卫生评价.结果表明,豆状囊尾蚴主要侵害的靶组织是大网膜,其次是直肠浆膜和肠系膜;而肝脏则不是其侵害的主要靶器官,只有在病情严重的情况下,肝脏才发现病变.胴体及其他胸、腹腔脏器中没有检出病变.另外,在检验的过程中发现在一个包囊中有2个～4个囊泡的豆状囊尾蚴.据此作者认为,对病兔的肝脏进行仔细检查后,在没有病变的情况下可以食用,而胃肠道的组织由于是豆状囊尾蚴侵害的主要靶器官,所以不得食用,须进行无害化处理.

Distribution of Cysts and Hygienic Evalution of Meat Quality in Slaughtered Rabbits Infected with Cysticercus pisiformis
